Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) Sênior para integrar nossa equipe jurídica. Você será responsável por gerenciar uma carteira de processos, atuando em conjunto com escritórios parceiros e stakeholders internos para garantir a defesa dos interesses da empresa em toda a América Latina.

Quais conhecimentos e vivências você vai precisar para compartilhar com a nossa rede?

• Acompanhamento dos andamentos dos processos tributários e de temas de direito público e controle de prazos processuais e de fiscalização;
• Acompanhamento de jurisprudência e legislação tributária, com foco em identificar oportunidades e mitigar riscos;
• Interface com escritórios de advocacia parceiros;
• Elaboração e atualização de relatórios gerenciais, incluindo informações processuais, indicadores de performance e de resultados;
• Apoio na emissão de certidões negativas e suporte na condução de fiscalizações, garantindo o fornecimento de documentos e informações relevantes;
• Elaboração de petições;
• Interação com áreas internas, como finanças e contabilidade, para obtenção de informações e documentos necessários para a defesa da empresa;
• Participação em discussões estratégicas sobre temas tributários, regulatórios, meio ambiente e biodiversidade.

• Experiência sólida em contencioso tributário, com foco em grandes empresas;
• Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
• Excelente comunicação oral e escrita;
• Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente;
• Espanhol fluente (desejável).

Bachelor’s degree in Law

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product and business and assess all tax aspects of new business lines and initiatives in Brazil.
• Working closely with local teams to provide subject matter expertise to the LOBs for global tax requirements including VAT, CIT, Withholding Tax, self-assessed taxes, supplier and customer tax withholding, payments, etc.
• Support in tax advisory on day to day initiatives and new products.
• Support management in completing special tax projects, ad-hoc reporting and tax analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned.
• Support external audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility.
• Provide insights to core business teams on tax impacts.
• Close the loop between tax and business team with data for decision.
• Keep track of new products or initiatives and alignment with regional leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• +5 years of experience acting as a Tax Advisor in Big 4 or law firm experience strongly preferred with in-house background, ideally in Fortune 500, US based corporation
• International tax operations knowledge and familiarity of tax issues for a multinational company operating globally
• You’re bilingual in data and storytelling, and know how to translate technical analysis into a human narrative
• Data is your bottom line; you use business judgement and experimentation to measure the impact of taxes to our growth and profitability.
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment.
• Strong organizational, technical, analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Advanced English proficiency and fluent Portuguese is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full stack development experience on large scare enterprise-wide applications.
• You have a good understanding of domain driven design and clean architecture.
• You have extensive experience using .NET Core Platform, C# Web API, ,NET Maui, EF Core, C# Desktop Applications.
• You have a good understanding of layers segregation, interfaces, and dependency injection.
• You have knowledge and experience in Windows services.
• Understanding of integration technologies and principals (message queuing, REST API).
• You have extensive experience using relational databases, such as the MS SQL Server.
• You have extensive experience using Azure Devops or Git repositories.
• You have knowledge on how to work with S.O.L.I.D principles.

• Proficiency in English is a requirement, and you should be used to or enthusiastic about working in an international environment.
